This past week, Mrs. DePue and Mr. Haase took 18 of our students to experience the Annual WNY Construction Career Days at the Operating Engineers Training Center in Lake View, NY. Students have the opportunity to learn about careers in the construction industry and participate in hands-on activities like bricklaying, welding, painting, carpentry, and operating heavy machinery. They meet with colleges and employers to discuss the process of career and educational advancement in these fields. This was a great chance for our students to explore opportunities for their future.
