All out of Physical Education excuses must be brought to the nurse’s office for the nurse to follow up on. The nurse will notify the Physical Education teacher. Please be aware that the nurse may contact the student’s physician to request an alternate activity. Participation in Physical Education is a NYS requirement. If the Doctor removes your student from participation a Doctor must return them to play.

Remember “out of Physical Education” means your student is out of sports. Please get an updated note each time you see the Doctor.
